Our ability to respond to your after sales requirements is very important in our list of priorities. Our objective is to provide a service which exceeds your expectations. Each of our designated service vans carries a large inventory of parts for Sefac lifts and a wealth of experience. We have a nationwide network of directly employed service technicians and factory trained participating service dealers who have been selected to meet our standards of workmanship and responsiveness.

Service Packages: Here at SEFAC we offer a range of service options, from scheduled on site preventative maintenance agreements, fixed costs service plans and non scheduled breakdown call-outs.

Preventative Maintenance Agreements: For a low cost, annual fee, we can send out a specialist technician to your site to carry out a 15 point service and safety inspection on your lifts for your peace of mind.

Non Scheduled Breakdowns: Each Sefac service technician has a fully equipped service van stocked with parts for Sefac lifts. It is our aim to repair the lifts on our first visit minimizing your downtime and saving you hard earned $. Technical support is always available over the telephone at no charge to our customers.

Refurbishment Program: As we approach our 30th anniversary of selling lifts in the U.S. we have lifts which are reaching an age of maturity and need a freshen up. At both our East Coast headquarters and West Coast Regional office we have a repair workshop where this work can be carried out by our specialist engineers.
